Having just got rid of a HJ-75 92 landcruiser from being sick of getting bounced into submission with a crook back, I admit it's not missed even though it was a real 4WD that would go anywhere fitted with all the goodies I swapped it for the wagon in a good deal.

Knowing from old days where 327 monaro shocks were the go for early hotted up holdens and they being heavy duty oil only shocks I know from 4WD experience what a gas shock does by feeling every little rock and bump on the road I have to ask which rear shocks are the go to get for the VS without spending a fortune.

I don't tow anything, and only bought a wagon as the rear vision was heaps better than the VS sedan with the high boot and rear door/ rear window pillars causing giant blind spots.

TIA.

depends on your budget ,for around town oil shockers are fine but if you want performance gas is the way to go! :D

Any of the decent shockers are gas.
you simply get what you pay for.
