I have a Vz Ss ls1 how much power can the t56 gearbox take and is there anyway of strengthen it

Unless you're making 1000hp you'll be fine - get a rip shifter, change the oil and be done with it.

No where near that lol. Installed a rip shifter a while back. Was looking into doing a bit of track work that's all

Nah mate you'll be fine, just set yourself up with a good clutch like a McLeod rxt if you're thinking of track work
