Not much really. The sound comes from the rest of the exhaust. If you changed the exhaust first, then put hi flows on it, you might notice it is a touch louder and deeper.

yea already have twin 2.3" system deeper would be ok not so much louder would that cause it to drone

You probably won't even notice it, and no, it won't cause a drone if you don't have one now. Hi flows will make it go better though.
