The person in the wrong will often say the other driver was speeding. Regardless I doubt insurance will take his side unless you have no insurance.

Thankfully , I didn't hit him . ( but a few kms down the road it became obvious he thought he was in the right ) , and was aloud to merge at any speed ( however slow that was and you were expected to slam on brakes to give way too ).

He pulled into my lane , having used at best a bit under 50% of the merging lane and travelling at best a tad over 50% of the speed limit.
Limit 80 kmph = what I was for his health travelling at !!!!

Well the last 2 weeks , pretty much used this as a retired daily = every couple /or few days.
Love it /such fun !!!!
Parked up at missies= used to get shxt for her backyard stuff !!!
