Grinding the center of the rims?

I think it was for the rim quality, have look on the back of them all the details are there, don't know if the knock offs have gotten over to u guys yet

If the rims do not have a GM or CHEVROLET cast into the back of them, I personally would not use them.
They could be a cheap chinese or Taiwanese copy. There are plenty getting around.
Do yourself a favour and google something along the lines of : Knock off wheel failures or Wheel copy failures You may just reconsider using them
