I noticed I have two visible grooves in the front drivers side brake rotor and the car only has 5000kms on the odometer. What should I do? All 3 other Rotors look fine.

I wouldn't be concerned at all, is it because you think it is dangerous? A pic would be good.

Not not concerned about danger. Just concerned that there is a possible defect with the pad or rotor? Ill try and get a pic tomorrow

It sometimes happens but it tends to resolve itself....

VE Series 2 SV6 in Red Hot, waiting for my VF11 SS
Take it back or at least ring the dealer. That was my immediate response............

Finally I took some photos. Although not super clear you can see the grooves. Should I just live with them or push Holden for replacement of the rotor and pad under warranty.

Whilst it's not a serious issue, considering they are only 5,000K old, I'd be pressing for new rotors and a reason why it has occurred....After all, I've done considerably more kays on my rotors than you have and there is no grooves in them.
