I have the same problem, have to pull the key in and out, flip it around ect. before it works again

Go buy a new ignition key barrel from holden. What are they? $50-$60 bucks max

Thanks bro. l just bought the Thunder Ute, It came with 2 keys, I haven't tried them in the doors yet either.
