Hey all, just wondering if there's anything special with the HBD plate?
It says Build No:1 HBD, just not sure if its rare or not, Cheers.
Its a 2001 vu ss ute. Harrop enhanced, 640rwhp :)

640RWHP would be rare enough wouldn't it?

I am guessing that part was not from factory? If so you have another modded VU ute.

Out of interest what did it come with from factory? The harrop brakes or just the body kit?

HBD (Holden by Design) was the name given to a range of cosmetic accessories that Holden offered. For the VU Ute, I'd guess that it may have included side skirts and badges. Not sure what else.

All the work was performed by Walkinshaw in Brisbane so i'm not to sure to be honest, it only has genuine 43,000ks, I know one of the codes is AWC(which I think is alloy wheels) but it also has a Monaro front end etc..
So the build no.1 isn't rare? it's just what they put on the hbd plates? :)
