Hey all. Firstly I wanna say I know absolutely nothing about wheel fitment, PCD, offset or pretty much anything else to do with wheels. I was wondering if I would be able to fit the HDT Aero 19” wheels on my 2005 VZ SV6 Sedan.

For anyone that doesn’t know: https://hdt.com.au/product/hdt-ve-19-aero-rims-white-left-hand/

All I know is that I’m currently running the stock 17” wheels but I like the looks of the aero’s and think it would be cool.

I’m pretty much just asking if this is even possible and if so how can I make sure they fit correctly and all that sort of stuff. Answers and opinions about looks are appreciated.

Cheers

The advert you have referenced gives the size, and offset of the rims, +38.

Have a look at this tyre and wheel fitment calculator .............. https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/ ........... have a play, put in some measurements compared to your current rims (which should be 8 inches +48 offset) and things should become clearer for you.
Still confused, ring HDT and ask questions.

Remember that as you go up in wheel diametre, you have to go down in tyre profile. Reasons ..... legality and suspension clearance.

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
I have VE 19’s on mine and will be a great fit. Get the tyre size right. It’s tighter than the door seals on a Scottish submarine near the strut tower.

Use long shank wheel nuts.

Make sure you use a VH bonnet scoop and get the letter box grill.

If it helps, OH runs them on the VY
the 20" copies also fit, but the genuine 19"s are nicer ride. (19s in this photo)
