A one off wouldn't be cheap but if you can con a kit manufacturer into stocking it as a standard line so they pump them out in plastic, then you could be in luck. Just need to be able to convince them it's a good idea.

NewGel do custom work but they're in canberra. There's a few around - check it out on google if you come up empty from HDT.
