Try searching for some info & ringing some workshops instead of just asking & "expecting" all the answers at your fingertips....
Budget for about 8k if you want to do it properly....

Hmmm... lets start with a very crucial question "What is the car"

If it's for a WL Statesman, then 1, this is in the wrong section.

Also, if it is a WL then it's running a L76 and 450hp+ is going to be a stretch. If it was a VE running a L98 THEN that figure would be realistic with heads and cam IMO.
