If you Really wanted the stock plug back on there again, you can call Go Technologies on (03) 9237 0800, give them the model number of your old HU and Credit card details and they can post you a new plug with 6? inch long wires to wire back up... Go Technologies are the Aussie contact for Eurovox.. When I ordered a few harnesses from them I found there customer service to be A1 and they event sent me printouts of the plugs showing colour codes and what each wire does..
If you do the work yourself - oem plug or new one for your new h/u slide some heatshrink on the wire before soldering and shrink over the bare wire rather than using electrical tape... lasts a million times longer and much neater..
