Headlight flickers when indicators used

Nup nothing like that.

It's not a lack of power thing, probably some bad wiring or some such in the stalk.

It's just when you turn on the indicators the headlights dim for a moment, they are fine while the indicators are actually flashing.

Try running a cable from your headlight earth to the chassis. It may stop it.

Headlights flickering with the indicators turning off is a common problem. Replace the indicator stalk. I had the same issue. Replacement stalk fixed it.

yep common problem and still is on later models, new stalk

Damn, how much do stalks go for? I wonder if they have fixed the problem.

yeah, what I ment by above post is that I wonder if they have redesigned the stalk so it won't fark up, but I suppose that wouldn't be in Holdens interest.

Doubt it.

Probably wasn't evident until well after the VS was stopped... no point releasing new parts for old models? Dunno.

They would probably be making those parts still, not obsolete yet, I just thought they would fix the problem, like a series 2 stalk hahaha.

i have same prob. but not worth changing stalk over.
waste money for nothing.
