Headlight height

Would anyone know how to go about setting the headlights at the correct height? I know where the adjustment screws are just no idea about the height ect.

some old skool inspection stations have a wooden placard to align headlights for roadworthy purposes... Might have to call around and book in.

Park it on level ground about 4m away from a wall, you should be able to tell if they are set right. That's all I ever do and that's how the blokes who aligned my old Jeep did it a few years back.

Yeah i went and booked in this morning and am getting them adjusted Friday morning.
