Headlights stuck on???

Dont have access to VZ schematics at home but they should be positive switched indicating a short to voltage between the relay and the headlight.

Parkers are normally on a seperate relay/circuit.

Well this from a VT shows the relay closes to complete the negative.
I just wrapped all the wiring after the relay in electrical wire but cannot find any breaks or shorts.
Next is under the relay box, maybe it's closing the circuit itself sometimes.

Negative makes far more sense because it would mean a wire is touching the chassis.
Positive would have to mean a constant live 12+ is touching the headlight 12+. That should blow a fuse too if the load becomes high enough.

If I ran a wire over my HID ballast and connected it to a part of the chassis, it would turn on the respective headlight, making me think it's negative switched.
