Heads up display stays black

Hey guys, my battery died a while ago and after replacing the battery my screen doesn’t turn on but the radio will play for a bit then turn off and keep repeating. My screen will light up a little bit but not show anything and I’m unable to use the touchscreen or change anything on the radio via steering wheel controls, anyone got any suggestions for what I could look at? Did you press the radio power-on button? Hidden in the middle of the volume button (on my car at least).

Try reset? Disconnect battery, wait few minutes and reconnect battery.

You probably mean head unit not HUD??…if so, can you edit your title?
