Would anyone who's up on auto electrics be able to suggest how to nail a problem of the heater blower fuse blowing. I've changed the entire heater/AC slide controls and even swapped heater blowers over and still the 15A fuse blows. Any suggestions to go from here?

Cheers to all.

Just wondering does it blow the fuse no matter what position the fan speed is in?

Have you checked out the fan speed resistor?

Also Pull the fuse out and position it so one terminal is in the fuse holder only, use a multi meter on amps between the fuse and the other terminal and get someone to turn the heater on and see how many amps its drawing prior to the fuse blowing.

cheers
Scott

Yes Scott, in any position. When the fan speed is selected off but when the slide control is selected up on a position that allows the fan to just idle over.
