vr commodore ute, Manual
Ok so i peviously had the problem of everytime i turned the heater fan on it would blow a fuse or two, today i pulled everything back out and moved the wire/plug that goes up through the dash to the resistor as i though this may have be getting squashed or pinched causing it to fuse out, well i fixed that problem no more fusing out when i turn the heater fan on but now there is no air coming out its making the noises which sounds like an air leak and i can hear and see the vaccum and its components under the dash working as i turn it on there is just no air blowing out.

Have Checked
1.Resistor and is in good condition
2.Fuses and relays and even replaced relays
3.wires and plugs all in good condition no wires bare or pinching or squashed
4.The correct plugs are in the correct locations

The only thing im thinking that it could be is either the fan motor or the heater/fan unit in the dash to control it..

any ideas or info very much appreciated very painfull driving in this weather with out a demister

The car is a VR ute manual Buick engine V6
