Clicking relay, how loud. Is it a distinct solid clicking sound.
Sounds like your solenoid on the starter motor is engaging but start motor itself is not. This usually means, either 1. Bad connection from battery to start motor 2. Flat Battery.

Well sounds quite simple then, that's if the engine isn't turning over.
I say you may have bumped the wire going to the soloniod, or maybe the 60amp use on the fuse bank above battery is blown but that shouldn't really stop your car from turning over.
You may have to check to see if the big red wire going to the starter motor has 12volts on it.
Also get someone to hold the multimeter on the litte wire on the solonoid and someone start it and see if 12volts appear.
Check the enigne to see if the negative lead is still attached.
Do the headlights work?

Cheers,
Jim
