[VIC] HELP! Commodore VS leaning to the right!?!

They haven't been replaced, but what condition are they in?

The panhard rod could be pushing the body and diff out of alignment too.

The bushes are on there way out, i need new ones, but i wanna get the nolathane ones with new upper control arms.
So im guessing it could be either that or the panhard rod.
