[HELP] Coolant was boiling after car was running?

Now I have been advised to let the car cool over night, add new coolant then run to see if it fixxes the problem, Any sujjestions people? =/ Im a red P plater so not much experiance with cars =/

I'd say the cooling system isn't pressurising. Try a new radiator cap to start with.

Hmm well the radiator cap is on but its only on the 1st lock (No presurising) I havn't fully sealed it

Sold my car :(
Check fans. Happened to me. My coolant boiled over and it turned out one fan was not working due to being dusty. I cleaned it with compressed air and now it is fine.

Why is your radiator cap not fully secured? Is that for pressure release over night or is it driven that way?

Yea, hope you don't drive with it not locked on properly.

If you mixed your own coolent you may of mixed it too weak.

The radiator cap is half one to prevent presurising of water, if it presurises it then sprays cause theres a leak, It's at the mechanics now getting fixxed, F**king money pit...
