So my partner bought a vt wagon 2 weeks ago... Last week the battery died in the remote only and we couldn't open it manually...
I have the feeling the key blade for the door is different to the doors as it doesn't turn at all...

I got a second blade and remote made and after alot of stuffing around with the original key I managed to get it to work to get in...
But since programming the new key the drivers door is deadlocked and I can only open the other doors...

Given I can't turn the key in the door to pop it back... Wondering how to get the door trim off with the door shut?

Any help is appreciated.
I just cant find any answers in the previous forums....

Thanks

It's only partially up where the others go up completely.

If it is the lock itself on the actuator you might be able to hook it with a piece of wire by sliding it inside the door and yanking around until it comes up.

Get it up half way first then try the wire.

You could also try to lift the knob with your fingers once it is up half way, or even at the same time as pressing unlock on the remote. It might take some force.

A decent locksmith will have her open in a minute and hey no stuffing around.
What about the locksmith that made the new key and click clack.

It takes a bit of force to unlock the door with the key if it's deadlocked. Try it again and turn the key hard.
