Just wondering if any of you VZ owners could do me a favour and take some pics of the brake master cylinder for me? Shots from all angles please. Thanks

Sure about that? They introduced the brake force distrabution, some seem to think there was a change in the master so I wanna check. If there is ill use a VT to VY one.

VZ CLUBSPORT R8
Hi mate. I got a VZ clubsport R8 and i am not happy with the brake feel.
The revision holden made is terrible and brake feel is really crap.
The master cylinder and booster is DIFFERENT compared to the VT-VY
The VZ has the same size master cylinder but is a different shape.
the booster is also different as its a two stage booster and has two pressure levels.
I noticed on my master cylinder that i do not have an additional cap next to my main cap with an extra wire or two.
I looked at other VZ HSV and some have an extra cap and some don't. i believe it may be an extra reservoir to compensate for the booster being inside the main reservoir.
It looks suspicious to me as it may explain why my brake feel is terrible.
I have massive 6 piston AP brakes that just fit inside my 19" wheels. they are bigger than the HSV 6 pot which only require 18" to fit.
they are designed to run on the standard master and booster so its not that.
I would appreciate someones opinion.
Please send email to [email protected]
thanks

Have a look at these photos and tell me what u think.
You will know what i mean.
You will see the extra cap and reservoir in one pic and in the other it is just a single reservoir only. very suspicious
