help me vz head unit wiring

So looked around everywhere and I could not find a new plug for the head unit wiring harnes so im going to trt and do it with out it I know what all the colours are for but I dont know which one need to be joined together to keep the comutper circle running and back to normal I need someone help please I need to know what wire needs constant power what wire needs earth etc etc
