help -part number for seal between 340kw cat and r8 mid section

Hi guys as per tittle,

I have got a set of 340kw headers and cats with the 2.5 inch out let, i have also purchased a r8 midsection. I have scoured the net and even went to holden spare parts to get the appropriate seal to no avail. The only one holden lists is for the 2.25 inch outlet.

Anyone know a part number or got a link to the seals. Im assuming its one of the tapers seals.

Why genuine on that part?! Any muffler shop will have replacement part.

Main reason is I don't have one at all, the headers I bought didn't have the seals in them. I have noticed there are lots of different profiles and sizes so just want to make sure I end up with the right one.

It's my daily drive and I don't want it off the road because I got the wrong seals.

I bought one once and I think the parts guy said it was listed as an E3 GTS part.

When you go to your local exhaust shop ask them for two, 2 1/2" exhaust flanges.
These are what you will need.....

Thanks for the help guys. picked some up today from an exhaust shop. Picture helped heaps. Took a bit of explaining for him to understand it was 2.5 inch and not 2.25. Got there in the end.

Just need to pick my bi-modals up and exhaust should be ready to bolt up after Bathurst.

Also i returned 2 incorrect seals to holden and got him to look up e3 gts and he was shocked to see another partnumber was a hsv part number but it came up.
