Help, trying to identify a VK EFI cam

Hi,

I've got a cam here and it has GM9 cast into it, i'm trying to work out what it is from, hoping it is from a VK EFI. I have a another cam here that reads GM7 and that came from a black 202 carby.

I also pulled apart a blue 202 this week and it had a cam that reads GM8, this motor had been rebuilt previously as it has acl pistons in it, so this cam may not be the original.

Anyone have an efi cam that they can check?

Is there any official Holden information available, surely they would have documented it?

i think the paint stripe is what you are looking for, on the V8's you look for 1 2 or 3 cast bands up near the timing chain and what colour splotch of paint is on it to identify roughly what year an cc it is.

tried google?

unfortunatly never seen any paint on a holden 6 cam.
