So check the earth lead resistance and it’s connection to the vehicle body. Also check the fusible links and all fuses (though they should be ok). I’d also check the battery itself.
If you found any issues, get them fixed. If problems still occur, you may need to individually check each module for power and operation.
And if a mechanic or someone from a business like supercheap provided the service to install the battery, all damage caused by their error must be repaired at their cost (as ACL statutory guarantee on service workmanship would provide). If you had a brain fart and did the deed, well live and learn
