HIDs not working

Hey guys,
i just bought a new xenon HID kit. the plugs all fit, but for some reason when one side is plugged in it works fine, when i plug in both sides they both flickerfor half a second then turn off. im thinking it might have something to do with not getting enough power. any ideas?

do you have the module for them are they h4 hid kits state some more info plz and no they need lees power if they the h4 kit this is the advantage of hid they make more light for less power

they are H4 6000k.

its for my vs commodore, H4-1 HID Xenon light kit.

do you have a ballest for it and if you did get one did it come in the kit or seperate

btw they are illgal too much light

lol i didnt know that,

yeah came with the globe and ballast, plugged straight into the stock globe socket.
