Director build number 332..."CALDIR"
Spoke to dealer and they said that it was factory like that and it is was impossible for the manufacturer to stuff up the mould.

Hi

Which dealer told you this?

Those MSE's in SOAG just don't hit the mark for me. The colour in general (looks like shiny dust) coupled to red accents my wife described as " gross". Mmm.

I agree that the MSE SOAG pictures posted look awful and I ordered an SOAG MSE but I believe this colour looks much better in real life. I am hoping

View attachment 194014 Speaking of number plates ordered mine during the week.
The dealer tells me my Model has arrived, so hopefully the MSE is not far behind

I have ordered Silver Nitrate, but here is a photo for you Zappa boy
Thanks KLUBR8

I have recently negotiated a MSE for for low $70s drive away. Pay any more than $75k and you have been gouged by the dealer. But if you are happy with your deal then fine. As there become less of them left, demand my dictate higher prices.
Is the price you are quoting for a manual or auto and any options ???

I am hoping to pick up my SOAG MSE next week and will post pictures so you can have a look as I have requested the dealer swap out red DRL surrounds and mirror scalps for black that will be done under warranty (no charge) as that was what was advertised as the colour combo when I originally ordered it as per my post last week. It may be something you might be interested in also. I believe with that change the SOAG with the red decals will look awesome, but thats is my opinion and the reason why I ordered that colour. Everyone has their preference and I can't wait to take delivery.

They also said that they can not get anymore rims as they were all allocated for all the builds and they said that it makes the car even more rare. The dealer principals exact words were "its like those collectable stamps that stuffed up on the printing and are now worth millions"
I'd just assume that at some stage the car had met a kerb and you couldnt find a direct replacement for it. Wont make it rare will just leave more questions.

I originally ordered a Nitrate and then looked at both Nitrate and SOAG in the lot on new delivered ssv redlines in daylight and the SOAG was a standout and the metal flec is larger and completely different to the nitrate io changed to SOAG , i was originally shown the MSE on Paper when i ordered in January and the soag was with black details and its now with red??? and wish i had stayed with Nitrate. but still happy with my order at this stage:) and the images that have been posted dont do the colour justice is also the first time i've pad $70k + for a holden. really don't want to be disappointed

You won't be mate, I've seen a soag MSE and director with my own eyes, and the colour looks fantastic. The red looks really good against the grey, works well. In the full sun soag has got so much flek and really stands out
