holden statesman missing radio code?

my father has 2003 holden statesman. we call it there in Kuwait Chevrolet Caprice. the car was bought used. the factory radio and cassette player are not operational since we bought the car since it is missing the code to operate the radio which (the code) consists of 4 numbers. like my car 2000 holden commodore VX has the code 6222 to enter it to the radio to operate it after a battery change.

any one can help to get the radio code (4 digits) to activate the radio in my father's statesman? the VIN of the statesman is 6G1HK53F03L959469.

I have a 2003 stateman. I had a flat battery and lost the radio, I entered the radio code and now the screen has the word "phone" displayed. How do I get the radio to work?
