As above, your probably going from a series 1 to a series 2 there will be some changes. The headlight protection covers will be different for starters.

It'll work but you'll need motor, gearbox, BCM, PCM/ECU & both body n engine harness. You'll lose the function of the rear wiper but cause the VE & VF sedan's & wagon's, only really differ in the length of the roof so it'll all pretty much fit nicely. You'll just need to work out the power to the tailgate button...

It's definitely not a light job.

I'm not sure to why you need the BCM & body harness but from what I was told by a bloke I ran into at a car meet, the conversation won't work without the "manual" sedan BCM.

Note go S1 to S1 not S1 to S2 cause you'll need the s2 ve dash aswell

Are you referring to the cluster?
S1 clusters work in a S2 and vice versa I have done it both ways.
As long as they are programmed correctly they work.
Once again false internet information still being bandied about.

Na the centre console (radio & a/c controls) due to the extra features/functions.
