Horser Power Factory any good????

been to the horse power factory, I would just like to get your comments
on them and if there any good and reliable.

I was wondering how important is it to have stainless steal
headers and cats, is it worth it to get them....?

HPF, were advising me to go this was as they mentioned
the headers can detiriate over time...?

I'm not 100% sure, don't wanna waste my money on something i don't need.

I think this is about the right price....? or is is too much....?
