Hothouse was (keyword from the first post) awesome, ever since i saw it on the pilot monaro (first ever car with hothouse).

Such a shame it was made into the bland colour it is by all those VY SS's and S's being painted in it.

i love the turismo blue colour. its a bit rarer than hothouse. which is also good. looks best on clubsports though.

and to the guys talking about the poo green colour, its called martini. which is the colour of my car. which after owning, i have now grown fond of :)

I don't think so. The post that referred to the mystery colour was back in 2003 and I think would have been referring to that weird green/gold hero colour on VX's. Wish I could think of the name, but I thought it looked crap back then, and still do.

That was defininitely reminiscent of a crappy nappy.

As much as i love Hothouse Green it should never leave the VY. I think any newer model cars in it will just look funny. I must admit tho it does look good on a VL.

There's a VS Stato in Hothouse not far from here. I can't work out whether it suits the car or not.

In my opinion it should have stayed on the first car it was on, the Monaro.

Did Hothouse come out on the series 2 VY? It does look great on the Monaro.

Nope!

I've got a ZXR750 painted in hot house and it looks great but they have a better looking green now, so no i don't think they should.
Plus it make the vy's a little bit special!!!
