A few questions.
1. Is it better to use two carjacks?
2. which way do the nuts on the wheels turn for off
3. how do i get the nuts off! i dont have an elbow socket

Use stands to support the car, don't get under it with just the jack holding it. The jack is just for changing a flat.
Wheel nuts are the same as any other nut. Anti-clockwise to loosen.
VS jack handle is also the wheel brace. Well mine is anyway. Although I have stockies on mine, so standard wheel nuts.

That said, if you have to ask how to get a wheel off, you probably shouldn't be changing springs...
