How do I remove 6 speed from vt ls1?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can give me some tips on removing a t56 from a vt, step by step would be awesome.lol but just tips to make it easier would be much appreciated!
Also I'm removing the pedal boxes and hydrolic cylinder as it's coming out of a doner car for a complete conversion into another.

Probably worth your while to get somebody to help you when you actually pull the box off the block, the T56 is damn heavy.

Yeah I was a little surprised I got a reply at 3am.lol I'm a shift worker so I'm awake all night.
