Has any one got some advice on changing the serpentine and air cond belts ?
Is there any thing that is going to give me grief ? I can see that it will require removal of the air intake pipe to get access, but I dont know how to release the tensioner.
Is there a website with do it yourself instructions ?
Advice would be appreciated.

Its easy dude.
You need maybe a 15mm crescent, just haul on the tensioner, it moves sideways. Loop the belt over that first and haul on it when you are fitting it over the water pump. Its easier than messing with it on the tensioner when you are hauling on it at the same time.
As for which way around it goes there is usually a sticker on the radiator shroud.

Cheers mate,
Sounds like you have done this yourself before. What about the air cond belt ? Is the tension done by losening the pump supporting bolts like cars of old ?
I cant see much down there, not a lot of room in these engine bays.
How did you get a HSV Clubsport in London ?

Not sure on the aircond one. I can check the service manual and post back.
Some crowd imported a few HSV's a couple of years back. Plus Vauxhall now sell the monaro (till they run out) then the new VE stuff.
Also there are a few personal imports.
