How many K's has your VX got?

No real symptoms, I went to take off at some lights and it made a loud grinding noise, and then 2nd gear and reverse stopped working. I had to drive it to Sydney back to the dealer to get them to fix it, was a pain in the bum going from 1st to 3rd in traffic! Fortunately we didn't need to use reverse gear much before I took it to get it fixed.

Your problem sounds a LOT worse than mine did :O
