How much coolant to fill a 3.6 SV6 VE?

Just had a bit of an overheat and neet to know how many litres to put into the radiator

No good mate hope it's sorted?
10L coolant but id say you would only need around 5-6L , as I was told you can never loose all the coolant unless you take the block off so there will still be a fair bit in there.
