how much do you reckon this vr is worth?

okay im new too vr's as i have driven a vn but they are pretty similar, had a look at a vr today it was silver and a clubsport front end, on lpg and its manual,lowered on superlows,sports exhaust and some decent 17's with brand new rubber, had 200,00 on the clock and is owned by a 40 year old woman (was her and her husbands and they broke up so she is selling the car so its never been thrashed in the 9 years they have had it). i did a once over on it and everything is sweet, no oil leaks paint is a1 discs and pads brand new all leads hoses plugs and front bushes redone 1 month ago. how much do you guys reckon its worth?
