hey guys currently reside in vr/vs forum but am hoping to migrate over to this side. got a good trade in price lined up for my car but how much do you think is a good price for a vt s manual. the car yard that is giving me a good trade in say between 7 and 9 grand sounds good to me.
your thoughts

I think you can pick them up for about 9k upwards? Just look around.

Yep. It's fine..

Although it may have some camber/tyre scrubbing issues.. Quiz the owner on tyre usage..

98 vt s manual.. with under 180k? about 11 onwards - autos are cheaper

over 180k is okay as long as it runs okay and has log books. i have an auto in my vs i hate it so much.

Commodore, VT S 97
I picked up my 97, series 1 auto for $9990 last week, 145k, log books (for what there worth) ... always get mechanic to check over it and also check out other post VT/VX Faults, i found it very useful..... check online too it saves travelling around too much. i got 4.5k trade on 96 VS exec... good luck

I got a great deal on mine (so i think :p), 98 Series I VT S, auto, 142K's, great condition, for only $10,500 :)
