well hear is what i did.

Raptor kit $3200(second hand)
tune $850
full exhaust $2250 twin 21/4 with high flow cats and pacemakers
intercooler $265 repco
piping $800 3in one piece
reverse manifold$385
1.98.1 rockers $650
69TB $220
12lb pulley(dont know yet)
maf
2 x blow off valves $300

So thats about $9000 and you still have 1k just in case. should get you 300hp at the wheels.

turbo would go faster but thats an option for you. Raptor cost near nothing to rebuild and tim gives his customers 100% even after his sold it to you. unlike alot of others

best bet would be to sell you your car now and combine that with the 10 grand and get something that is ment to go fast, you can pick up r32 gtr's pretty cheap these days and one things for if you had 300 at the wheels with that not alot of things will catch you at all.
