how to adjust belt tension on l98

I had to take the fans out to do mine. It's too tight for my arms.

Interesting that I’ve never taken my fans out to remove the belt and I’m 6’1 and not the smallest hands either

Fair enough. I prefer to have the fans out of the way as it's easier to access the second belt if you have a decent amount of room. But clearly it's not needed.
