Some help pls.

I have the back of the car on stand.
Placed jack underneath diff housing to support diff.
Removed the 4 bolts that hold the diff mount.
What do I do next to get the diff mount out?

Any help would be great.

Yes but firstly did you mark the position of the mount in relation to the 4 bolts as this is critical to make sure the diff goes back into the same position as there is a fare amount of movement as to where that mount can sit.
There are 2 large bolts that go through the diff mount into the pillar on the rear of the diff housing, not sure on size (big around 11/16 maybe 3/4") but you will need to lower the diff/cradle a little to access these 2 bolts.

The whiteline insert seems to be a very tight fit, any tips to get it into the diff mount?

I didn't have to remove any of the old rubber to fit mine, the shape of the insert should match the hollow in the rubber in the mount, just greased mine up and hammered it in with a large rubber mallet.
