As the title states, I'm wanting to remove the screen to change the smd Leds, before I just go blindly taking things apart, anyone got a walk through, pictured below is what I'm removing

Remove the panel under the steering column and the glove box. Remove the centre console and trim or gauge pod on top of the dash.

This will get you though to it.

Once you get the controls exposed you’ll figure the rest out easy enough.

I have one in the garage if you get stuck or want more info on it.

Right. Homework time.

Now my computer for what ever reason won’t connect to the internet. So I have photo of the screen showing where to find the info in the factory manual. It will have to do. I bumped you the link for the download.

Pop the top panel with a nylon spudger. You get these as a set from Supercheap. Not expensive. No scratches on panels and has a bit of flex which is better than a screwdriver that can do all sorts of damage.

The panel off with the top trim removed in the top right.

There is the two screws at the bottom. There is a screw at the top that is accessible under the top trim. That is levered off with the spudger.

The rest of the panel is clipped and needs to be released with the spudger/trim tool.

Yes. Two on the bottom. Two on the top. The trim lower down is covered in the video I posted. Even though yours looks different, it’s the same.
