Would these HSV VY doors fit onto my VX commodore and be able to setup with powered windows? Ive heard Vy doors can fit in a vx but wanted to know if it was the same for HSV Vy?
I feel like this is an uncommon thing for anyone to have done for there vx commodore but if someone knows that would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

HSV doors are no different to standard commodore doors so they will fit. You'd wanna swap door trims to suit your vx though.

Cheers mate, so do the VY trims not fit the VX? im not to worried about the way it looks or if its out of place. But do you mean that they wont fit/work in a vx.

The rears will work with no issues.

The front door trim meets the corner of the dash when closed. Not sure if they changed the shape of the dash when they went from vx to vy. If Holden did change the shape of the dash, the door trims from the vy mightn't fit properly when the door is closed.

I'm sure there are others here who can chime in and help you with this.

Just went and purchased the doors, the front trims are actually the exact same, so no trouble in lining that up which is a huge relief. Got a mate who does auto electric work so he can help set up the windows and the technical work.
Thanks for your help though, appreciate it mate.
cheers.
