I need help

Hey guys.. I need some help please... I have a 2003 model v6 sv6 commodore that I have just changed engines and I have just recently put in a l67 supercharge from My vt into the v6 sv6 commodore, now I'm just wondering if I needed to change my computer? And anything else I need to change? As I am using the vy sv6 wiring loom for the l67... I have been looking up online and all i seem to be getting is a vz sv6 commodore and not a vy sv6 please help
