Ok so i want to build myself a FREE website.

Looks like a million to choose from so i want to do my homework before i start wasting my time building one.
It has to be user friendly of course and hopefully with a 'paypal' bit or similar so i can have a link to my photobucket site so if someone wants to buy a picture they can.

Any help, advice much appreciated.

Choose a layout. Something not difficult. Also speak to shaggerz he runs his own.

Be prepared to read a lot, if you're right with that you'll be fine.

Yeah dreamweaver is the best for building the site itself, but you will need a place to host the site for free, there are plenty of free ones around, but most are crap and have really crap bandwidth and no upload space and what not and are full of ads, not sure of any good ones really, havnt done a website in AGES

Simple!

The quickest way to build a website is to go to other websites. When you find one you like, go to the View Menu on IE and click on source. Copy it and make modifications to personalize it. Take care you get mugged for any copyrighting stuff :). If you say I told you this, I will vehemently deny it :D
