Hit the second one and you could easily double that. Or maybe its for popping a wheel stand while smoking the wheels.

i've found that repco and autobarn tend to be pretty good, but sca is craptastic at every one i've ever been to. My sister had a headlight out so she went to her local sca and started looking in the part book they hang by the bulbs. Dude comes up to her and goes "oh don't bother with that, half the time it's wrong. I'll find what you need"

he sold her the wrong bulb.

hahahahaha

I am with Soop, had a couple of young lads from different auto shops who are useless. One shop offered free wiper blade fitting. I had to help him in the end, had no idea. There is a store a bit further away from me who have the more mature (over 30) salespersons so I go there now. Rather the extra drive than deal with some kid whose barely has pubes and probably can't even drive!

lmao that made my day.

Customer today who thought all cars took the same spark plugs...

"Hello I need spark plugs."

"No worries, for what car?"

"Oh just spark plugs."

"Okay, but for what model car?"

"It is not all the same?"

"Er, no."

"Oh, can you just give me more common ones?"

"See this aisle behind me? All those boxes are full of different spark plugs..."

"Okay, I will go check my car."

Ugh..

Ah just came across this thread when searching for another.
Interesting thing about the business vs customer. Most of all the car stores I have come across have had reasonably knowledgeable people there and if they didn't know something they would go and ask someone else. I never got frustrated if they said they had no idea of what I was talking about I just thought to myself about another way to explain it. None of this storming out. That never solves anything.
