Hi all
I've just replaced my ignition switch due to it not coming back to acc but still seems to have the same problem ,was a simple job to do
Is there any thing I missed maybe some wd40 or crc into the barrel chamber?
Cheers

Don't use old based gear or sprays in the barrel, use powdered graphite. Key barrel might be knackered but try some graphite first.

The ignition switch has the part that springs back, not the barrel.

The switch is connected to the bottom of the barrel, it is separate to the barrel, the switch has a spring in it which makes the barrel return to Acc, your spring is broken. Replace the switch.

My barrel was stiff in the VR and graphite loosened it up. Would this not help in a VT?
