So pretty much I bought a 2000 vx, 180xxxks second owner but some idiots tried to hot wire it.
I've got a ecu, BCM and whole steering wheel with ignition barrel and key from a vx wagon plugged it all in I've done everything logical
No fuel pump noise but I've managed to hardwire the fuel pump so it's not ruined hard wired the starter boom turns over but won't turnover with the key
If anyone's done it before or has any tips on how to get rid of the imoboliser

Once these units have been unplugged and then put back together you need to have them re-linked by a tech2.

i dont think this is correct
as long as they were a matching working set, should be straight forward

I'm fairly sure once the PCM is unplugged it needs to be re-linked to the BCM. Security measures increased with the later models.

The key locked and unlocked the doors I've done it before in a vs with a motorswap, Buick wiring harness

Things are a bit different to the earlier models.
